BLOOD DRIVE: Our next blood drive will be Saturday, September 18th.
SOFTBALL GAMES: Men’s softball game –Friday, 8:30 p.m. – Field “B”
Co-Rec softball game – Friday – TBA
FREE YARD SALE: Our Free Yard Sale will be held this Saturday from 8 – 11:30 a.m. Drop off dates for donations will be Monday (Labor Day), Tuesday and Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. nightly. Wednesday evening will be the final day for accepting donations in the fellowship hall.
NEW CHRISTIAN CLASS: Beginning Sept. 12th, we will be offering a New Christian’s class (a 6 week study that helps create habits within your new life in Christ that develops a personal relationship with Christ). Please let Hershell Sparks know if you will be able to attend so material can be provided.
LADIES BIBLE STUDY: A Beth Moore video-based ladies’ Bible study on the book of Revelation will be offered on Sunday and Monday nights beginning September 13th. Childcare will be provided on Mondays. Please sign up at the table in the back hallway.
SCAVENGER HUNT: There will be a Younger Youth Scavenger Hunt this Friday, Sept. 10th 6-9 p.m. We will meet in the Youth basement. If you would like to sign up to bring food, there is a sign up sheet on the table in the back hallway. We will be having chicken nuggets.
DEACONS: There will be a Deacons Meeting today at 5:00 p.m.
TRUSTEES: The Trustees will be meeting today at 6:00 p.m.
FINANCE COMMITTEE: The Finance Committee will be meeting Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in Room 22.
SEARCH COMMITTEE: There will be a Youth Pastor/Associate Pastor Search Committee Meeting Thursday at 6:00 p.m. in Room 22.
PERSONNEL COMMITTEE: The Personnel Committee will be meeting Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m.
SURVEY: The Youth Pastor/Associate Pastor Search Committee requests that church members complete a survey to give suggestions and recommendations in regards to the selection of this position. Please complete and place in designated boxes by September 12th.
